One is the target, not eight. Checking a single box today beats planning to check all of them tomorrow.

Write one thought downPaper, notes app, anywhere.
Record a voice noteEven two minutes is enough.
Write one sentence about something you took inSomething you read, watched, or heard — what do you want to remember?
Sketch or draw an ideaEven roughly.
Write a short plan for tomorrowEven just three things.
Add one idea, note, or question to your notes system
Review and update a checklist or system you already have
Explain an idea to someone you trust — out loud

Weekly

For the days the list above feels like too much. Every one of these is under two minutes and none of them require a decision.

End of week

Check these on Sunday. If you can check even two or three, you are building something.
